They're so practical, I find it insane that more people don't consider it an option
I owned one, couldn't stand the HOA rules and fines, and the NOISE was intolerable!! NEVER again, it's not for everyone!
@@bettysmith4527 what did you do to incur HOA fines?
Wow. Yours was up there. We have the same builder. I feel fortunate to get under 300K. Mine was an inventory home but new. I am pleased so far with my place. I barely see neighbors and love that. Hated that in an apartment. I enjoy my privacy.
Nice, that's not bad at all. Yea, the alleyway we share can be a little close sometimes but agreed, way better than an apartment. Congrats on the new place!
I can make you both feel like financial geniuses…my CB Jeni 2 bedroom townhome will be complete in May for $469,000!!!
@@NicE-jq3wv I am paying 495K for 3 bedroom townhome in Farmer's Branch area, so it makes you a genius
Would you recommend town home in Dallas ?
I want to move to ohio. House be great, but i know nothing about shoveling snow. So looking at town house. I dont like hoa ( im from ca lol) but the hoa doesn't seem bad an they deal with the snow lol. But lot of the bathroom are small. Can u extend the bathroom change windows. So thats a down side
Townhomes also have more interior space than stand alone homes.
2nd townhome and regret it all over again. You dont get to preview your neighbors in a new build community. Cant wait to leave. Do not recommend
What was wrong???
@@houstonraver834 shared walls are a bitch!! I sold mine for that reason, that and all the ridiculous rules and fines form the HOA!
Why don't you do a tour of your townhome. Townhomes are very different from state to state.
Wow I thought the TH we are about to build was big at almost 1800 sq feet!
1800 is still a great size!
@@financewithparkes1401 now I’m realizing that probably doesn’t include the basement! :)
I am trying to buy my first townhouse or condo in dfw
Nice, best of luck! we love ours, super nice being out of an apartment
