      Bhai apne Shoulder aur Hand ko kaafi paas rakhna aur arm poora close rakhna and Back ko acche se active rakhna 👍 baaki thora the Neeche jhookar weight add karna ( top roll) itna kaafi hoga baaki aapki Wrist aur Finger matter karti hai
