16:30 it's definitely the case of who has the initiative, if you win by a slim margin and then have to recall without gaining any value you are still wining but the margin is much lower and sometimes ends up in a loss of lane initiative to the player who has teleport. You then end up suffering more financial loss than you gained by killing the enemy. At the end of the day it's all about how you take a fight. Bearly wining is not good enough to generate a lead.

But she did take her bags (train was completely full)) or you can be an a** about it. But just grabbing sb stuff is an open invitation for trouble. You have a general respect for otehr ppl and don't allways assume everyone around you is an idiot or an a**hole. You avoid confrontation. You ask impolitely? Maybe even aggressively? Either your having a bad day and vent your anger at anyone who presents a target or your just an a**hole. Neither is good. I don't understand ppl that allways take an aggressive stance towards anybody who displays the slightest bit of bad behaviour. (That mafia-looking dude was acting aggressive.)
