What is he using to make this fuel
It looks like he's making Cl2 gas (chlorine gas) made with salt and heated water. Just guessing the powder he added activates a chemical reaction to create a low heat to the salt and water. Too much heat can cause an explosive reaction. This is just a guess without knowing the ingredients used.

Agradeceria que escribas el nombre de los ingredientes tipo lista. Ejemplo: Forma 1 de hacer gas materiales o cosas necesarias.
1.- un bote con tapa de 1 metro de alto
2.- una manguera 1cm de ancho y 1 metro de largo
3.- una llave tipo T para conexiones de gas y la otra cosa q colocarse enmedio del bote
4.- un carro para hacer soporte afuera del bote
5.- 1 botella de plástico ( de refresco vacia y limpia).
6.- 10 bolsas de sal de 1 kilo
7.- cal ( cuanta cantidad)
8.- agua sucia.
Y así le haces con cada formas diferente de hacer el gas.

Hi, this technique is actually a bit old but we are in serious need of such innovations now to combat global warming. The gas you created using compost, waste water and lime powder is called Gobar Gas or Bio Gas and is widely used in Indian villages. All the compost and shit of humans and animals if collected in a concrete leak free storage and mixed in proper proportion with chemicals gives excellent gas output. People have used this gas for cooking also. So really these innovations are the need if the hour today.

What are the subsititute for lime powder we can get easily?
This will work without using lime. U winder what you do with the sludge after all the methane is removed from it? You have to take down the whole set up and dump the bins entirely? And wouldn't you want to use some large collapsible bags to fill up w the gas so you have a constant supply, even when cleaning the tanks?
The last idea is amazing how often you have to change the plant and the powder monthly ???? Do you have to do monthly or weekly????and how long last the gas? How much gas you can produce from two containers?? Thanks

También puede ser con estiércol de ganado, como estiércol de vaca o estiércol de cerdo y mezclado con agua, vegetales.
Luego deja la mezcla por 2 semanas, cuanto más tiempo la dejes... más gas se producirá.

You need to filter the gas to purify it, first a water bubbler, then one with kitty litter and finally run the gas through steel wool. Also a flash back arrestor...

there is a gas tank inside, that container cannot hold that much pressure, it will explode right away or if it's real you will notice that the container is bloated but not.

There is no information on ingredients that you used. You mentioned in the footnote that you researched how to use wastes but what one could see in the video is synthetic chemical that looks like salt.
