Do you still plan to post up another article with the battery voltage, amps used, and time (in 15 minute increments) so you can see how the battery performed under load, as well as total AH used?
Thanks! I've been busy...we have a new baby in the house, and there were some complications in the beginning of the year (everyone is doing great though!) For the Ram 2500, you'll be looking for the H7 battery-antigravitybatteries.com/products/starter-batteries/automotive/ag-h7-rs/
looking to get this battery for my jeep due to the higher capacity than AGM for the same size How have your experiences been so far? this isnt cheap but it is cheaper than 2 batteries, the double tray and the switch and isolator for the dual battery
3:28 false statement that AntiGravity and AG owners make. I get a minimum of 8 full years out of a battery and that is a battery that is seasonal and usually not on a battery maintainer. Two of my factory fitted original and also "conventional flooded lead acid" batteries in my cars have lasted 14 and 16 years. Present batteries in two of my cars (2017 and 2015) have now gone through 6 and 8 full years and are going strong. So how exactly will I get 2 to 3 times the battery life if I buy an AG battery. I know I won't and at 5+ times the price, how does that make financial sense? It doesn't!
3:44 another false statement. People believe everything that they read. Low Self-Discharge applies when the battery is disconnected and sitting on a store shelf, but that applies to an AGM battery as well which has a very low self-discharge.. Forget about dash cams coming on, etc. the average car drains about 50 mA or hopefully less just parked, so the self-discharge rate is totally unimportant because you have vehicle drains that are far greater.
You're not doing the math. $800 40ah battery with built-in jumping, 30 lb weight savings, and damage monitoring that lasts 3x as long as a lead acid battery means that not only is your per year cost around the same compared with buying a new battery every 3-4 years (if you plan to keep the car for 10+ years), but you also get the extra peace of mind that you won't be stranded in an emergency. Seems worth it to me, but I might skip it if I didn't care at all about saving the additional weight.
Antigravity Batteries - Lithium-ion battery at LEAST one year after its purchase I EXPLODED when my car was only turned on in my garage. My race car was about to be inseded. Keep this in mind when buying your battery !!!!! @
hmm, not good. I watched the video, but it seemed the battery was too small for the application? What did Antigravity say? One benefit of lifep04 is that although they can vent, they are a lot more stable than other lithium variants and not nearly as volatile/violent during failure.
It looks like the battery only lasted 6. 4 minutes using only about 8 amps to the led light ! 6 minutes is not good because a lead acid battery would have lasted at least 6 hours not 6 minutes. Unless this is a glitch in that matrix, which happens around here, 6 minutes is really not s good showing here.
Very good video. Antigravity Battery has been my go to battery since 2014.
Thanks for the video. How is your battery after 4 years? Has the capacity degraded?

Where have you been hiding? We've missed you. The link does not list for a Ram 2500. About what price would that be?

@@chazpages Congratulations. Hope baby and mother are doing fine. I know with this covid thing it's been crazy.
What is the actual CCA? you said it was double what lead acid would be . My current battery is 730CCA that would put this battery at over 1400cca
This one (the 60Ah one) is about 1800 I believe.
I didn’t know you can safely use a CTEK to charge a LiFePo4 battery
ctek has a lithium charger

have you ran a winch off one yet? the amps of a winch are below the rated for it so i dont see an issue, but real world use could be different....
WTF? I can’t believe you didn’t throw it in the truck to see if it would start! Cmon brah.. who knows if it even works.

$902 for a battery? You have got to be on medication to sell that battery for that price!
Don't look up anything race spec then

@@rivercidal oh you mean 30 pound batteries without computers in them? Not everything expensive is worth the price. Same with free
