I would say yes, usually on the first day we get to change classes and meet our teachers so we don’t really work. Just bring an exam pad, a file, pencil case, diary and your lunch❤

@mpho.oratang.modimo Hi hi❤️For grade 9 this is the year that you pick subjects right, so I’d advice you to start researching careers and the subjects that correspond with the careers. Research different fields of study and compare them to your interest so that by the time you pick subjects later in the year, you have an idea of the field you’d like to go into and therefore you’ll pick the right subjects. Grade 9 maths is a lot so you really need to focus in class from the very beginning. Practice atleast twice every week. Please take your Languages and Lo serious cause they are actually serious and they contribute a lot to your marks. As time goes start eliminating subjects you don’t like and those that you don’t need to get a better idea of what subjects to choose. Otherwise, enjoy grade 9, you’ll discover a lot about yourself this year like your interests and weaknesses. Hope this helps❤️
You might do GEC in term 3 which is a lot of work, so if you get it, don’t let your work pile up till the very last minute cause you will stress yourself. Take care of your mental health heyy, academics are stressful so take breaks, don’t be scared to fail and learn from your mistakes❤️
