Great question, the answer to that is simply the fact that the original is a higher quallity reupload of what was the original. The user that made it YouDfantube, often reuploads their videos as their quallity improves, removing the older versions. This is personally not how I would do it, I would mark the higher quallity as a remaster, or V2 and private/unlist the original.
