thank you so much, just bought the night radian and first thing i did was bump the elevator into a door and strip a few teeth in the elevator servo. i have some ubiquitous 9grammers and was able to swap it without issue following the vid thanks again :)

I will be using hot glue. For those interested, that white rubbery stuff used to glue in servos is a marine two part epoxy. It dries flexible to absorb sick and vibration. I have had it fail on two of my planes holding the plastic motor mounts on. I think hot glue and an egg carton will do the job but everyone gets the point. I couldn't find the Turnigy Metal ending in M but found two ending in W. Turns out they are waterproof. I intend on ordering 2 more for the pontoons on my water planes. Turnigy makes some damn good dependable servos and I have yet had one fail. Even the nylon geared ones are way better than stock. Happy flying everyone and thumbs up Dave.

Hi Dave, did you have to adjust the gain at all when you switched these out? I followed your recommendations and now I have a bad oscillation in flight with my elevator.

Dave, for someone who doesn't know much about RC and flying, and who wants to be able to get video outside with a Quad, what product would be the best to start with.Mostly I would want to be videoing almost straight down. We live next to a jungle and I would like to see what is going on, without actually venturing out there. Also, would like to be able to view real time what the camera is recording. And if possible be able to control the angle vertically of the camera. Any suggestions? I certainly would appreciate it if you have. Thank you.

Paul Naton has a BETTER way. He has two VARRY informative videos, and explains WHY he did his that way (on the original Radian) it WILL work on the Night Radian as well. LOTS of info on how and why he did what he did to make him win lots of glider competitions

Much adoo about nothing. Its a powered glider, not a 747. Stock servos work just fine.
