Thematically the Departed, too far away from Infernal Affairs to even make any sort of comparison, deserves its own credit as a Scorsese crime drama and it feels impossible to even say whether the remake or the original is better.
@@wedonteatbears I have to disagree, the Departed was a very "cheap" copy of the original. It followed 80% of the story and plot. Scorsese made some changes but not materially different from the original plot. It is a VERY BAD copy of the original movie.
