Big Buddha in Phuket, blessing from a monk, meeting with wild monkeys.

The 45-meter marble statue of the Big Buddha has become a place of attraction for travelers and local residents of the island of Phuket. But they come there not only to look at this majestic structure, but also to receive a blessing from the monk.
In the temple, just below the Buddha statue, monks sit, reciting mantras and tying colored threads on the hands of everyone who wants to.
On the way back we met monkeys who were not at all afraid of people. One of them approached us and took something out of Adeline’s backpack. And what exactly, you will learn from this issue. Enjoy watching!
