This is a very true lesson to all who will believe it can happen, I have a friend who wanted to buy a piece of land. he went and look at it planning to go back to sorted things out with the owner. on reaching there his friend already in agreement to buy it. after he tell him the land in not suitable for building houses. are to do any business. so I can relate people are wicked some friends are evil 😭😭😭
