Quality Improvement Projects vs Audits (What's the difference between the two?)

If you're a doctor in training the likelihood is you're going to have to carry out either a QIP or an audit. However, if you've never done one before, what's the difference? In this video I am going to explain what each one is, what's the difference and a summary of how to carry them out.
