No need to invest in big big projects.. all big projects give ample social space but very tiny home.. example like palava, runwal gardens, planet north, marathox nexttown.. bharat ecovista... All have swimming pools and club house and all but kya fayda.. if your home is not big enough

I think there is a big possibility that the people in this society are not abiding by society regulations.... Their dozens of children per flat must be trashing the place, playing with lift, harrassing the security, destroying the garden etc....
Hence the builder is tired of them and teaching them a lesson which they never learn.
