It's a proof that not all lawyers who passed the bar exams are intelligent and credible.
They are actually intelligent to pass that exam and the entire journey of law school, it's just that they use this in mischievous and bad way. Much like how corrupt politicians use their knowledge to gey money from the government.

In Call Center Industry the protocol is,, Onset or Outset of the call the Representative or the Call Center Agent must inform the customer on the line that " This call are recorded for quality assurance and purposes" or " This call maybe monitored and are recorded".. because once the Agent missed this spiel, its really a "Red Flag" and the company will pay high compensation to the Client for missing or forgot this spiel.
