    in this Recipe u will learn how to make Mutton Karahi in kali mirch with Rich gravy.
    Ingredients for Mutton Karahi
    * ingredients
    -Mutton 1 kg
    -Oil 1/2 cup
    -Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
    -Tomatoes 4 large
    -onion 1 medium ( optional)
    -yogurt 1&1/2 kg
    -Green chilli 9,10
    -Black Pepper 1 tbsp 
    -Salt 1&1/2 tsp
    -Karahi Masala or chat Masala 1 tsp ( optional)
    -Whole spices (Garam Masala) tsp
    -Coriander leaves for Garnishing
    -Ginger for Garnishing
    In a Pressure Cooker add 1/2 cup oil then add 1 medium onion & golden fry it . Then add Mutton & fry it well .after 5 mints of fry add ginger garlic paste & fry again & add fresh chopped ginger. when oil separated from Mutton add Tomato ,green chilli & yogurt paste & cook on high flame . when tomato & yogurt water gets dry add 2 glass of water to tender the mutton. cook for 10 to 15 mints in pressure cooker . when mutton gets tender add coriander leaves, Green chilli & Ginger & serve it.
