1 cup baked and peeled Japanese Red or Hannah sweet potato, 1 cup plant based milk, 2 mejool dates, 1 tablespoon oat flour, 1 tablespoon cashews, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Blend well. Pour up to max line. Can add more sweet potato if needed. Use immersion blender to combine right in the container. Can add 2 tablespoons cocoa for chocolate! Okinawan sweet potatoes are good too!
You gotta stop trying to strike up the cost for all this stuff. Kidding, but kind of not kidding. We have to do the opposite and make this accessible to as many people as possible. Free is best if you can.
I wonder if you have experimented in doing an ice cream that has both fruit and vegetables? My 86 y.o. mom is diabetic and having that mix is better for her.
I only got mine three days ago and I think there is a learning curve. It will all be worth it for an ice cream fiend like me. But Kathy has given me so much courage to experiment. Thanks!
