I'm glad somebody on the Internet is making this very precise and clear tutorials for this device. Thank you for your efforts. I'll surely be back on this channel when my Miyoo Mini+ arrives 🎉
@@PhyrexTechs 😅😂 i couldnt! XD maybe the hyerarchy of my miyoo mini v2 is different or something..i could not load the doom wads , i even ruined somehow the evilution and tnt ones haha. will try gain in a future
Yeah, if you had installed ports before a few months ago they have changed the folder structure and naming conventions of somethings. That might be what is causing it. I had an older SD card from a while back and had to delete the ports folder and install them again fresh to get some ports to work to work.
(edit- myhouse.wad is too much for my miyoo mini but the other ones aren't) I changed the directory to doom2 in the port file and moved myhouse.wad to the doom2 folder to get it working. Resized the pic. Simple! I got Cleanse working on it too! Thanks for showing me the ropes! A little hand holding can take you places. I had to open the port files in a text editor.
Thanks so much for making this! Currently, I think I followed all instructions carefully, but whenever I try to play Sigil ii on my miyoo mini+, it seems to be opening up the original Sigil one wad instead. Any ideas?
Recently, someone from the community made a full collection of Doom Ports with all the box art working, Sigil II included. You can check it out here. ua-cam.com/video/bh30k7sJ80g/v-deo.html If you just want Sigil II box art you can add an the art to the Imgs folder in the Ports folder named the same as the game.
My other Ports video should walk you through the process to add any of these ports. ua-cam.com/video/lKdPjqrQg1o/v-deo.html The main file you need for Duke Nukem is duke3d.grp Let me know if you run into any issue.
