I feel like HP% is the way to go, has a good balance and you’re not missing much on either side. CDMG is only if you’re trying to ABSOLUTELY min max her damage. HP% is probably the best choice for the vast majority of the playbase. Everyone seems to forget that we all just came from using Verina in EVERY team…and unless you were building a hypercarry Verina for some reason, she did absolutely no damage. So, Shorekeeper doing ANY damage in general is a huge step up.
All of it are useful. It kinda depends how you wanna used SK for. In certain occasions where some enemy bosses are really hard to beat, sometimes CRIT SK is good option to bring more dmg but ya just need to dodge and parry better imo. As someone who's not that great of parrying and dodging, Healing Bonus SK or HP SK is somewhat relief to have other than Verina.
For me with Healing Bonus is already enough, plus she is a Healer, when you want Co op with other player or friend, and your teammate can't do parry or dodging well enough, Healing Bonus is a good option for everyone and everything you choose in this video is usefull

It's absurd what you are requesting, you want him to level 7 full echoes without tuning, not counting he is using ER and HP for the 3s, so then by your logic, he should also have to level another HP and ER echo to test double ER and double HP, making that 9. CDMG rolls are her highest damage increase by far. CRate is 2nd if you have every CDMG rolls just by virtue of the total CValue. HP% is 3rd. Liberation damage 4rth, and finally Flat HP

after her ult u need to use intro with 2 other characters then use her intro to activate the cutscene hit. u can note the intiial color of her ult rings r blue then go to purple then gold on each intro. so when they are gold u just intro with her.
When you release her Liberation, you need to Intro twice with other characters, then Intro back to her before the Liberation ends. So, before you start the main rotation, generate a bit of Concerto with the other two first, then use her Liberation before swapping out, so you have more time.
Hp% Is Better than Crit damage in damage output because Echo damage contribuite as well and can't crit...in top of that also more tanky and more healing Crit damage main useless... I council Hp% no fallacy and healing% turtle to switch in base of Battle needs 1st more offensive 2nd more defensive
If you want healing and also want that damage from echo just pick HP , both scales on hp
HP is like ATK but for Shorekeeper

since my substats on my echo has rare CDMG, I use cost 4 as CDMG.
I prioritize substat with ER, HP% & HP flat because of the information above.
The number shown here should be lower if outro from someone who doesn't buff liberation damage, unlike changli.

I found great results using HP Spectro ER with 5 crit dmg substats.
I'm just going to build her with HP 4 cost 2 er 3 cost and hp 1 cost. Seems like a pretty good middle ground of healing and DMG.
