need lil bit help: how to counter the heal or how does it work? do u need to deal enough dmg or what? I mean it always heals when i hit it low

Hey there are many things where i get heal - the heal spheres, 20sec 100% hp buff skill, dtu jewel from other group members, dragon hide, mighty swing, other group skills and pots.
