This video is exactly what I needed❤. As a woman in her mid 60's starting to learn piano (been on my bucket list since I was a little girl), I really needed a back-to-basics, ground level, beginners guide, in easy-to-understand language, and this is it. THANK YOU ❤❤❤
I am so glad you've returned to stave and keyboard lessons. I got lost during your book lessons. Squints with eyeglasses ,still could'nt see the text. This teaching tool is perfect.
Your channel is such a gold mine. A pack full of music theories. I am a beginner and i really appreciate your generosity. I am learning a lot . Thank you ❤
Very, very good lesson, Tim Teacher! I would like a lesson on non key notes; you touched on passing notes and I would like further development on this topic. Many thanks for the opportunity to request!
I've watched so many of your videos that this was second nature for moi. But I want to be a better sightreader, so I'm watching this. I'm playing Burgmueller Opus 100, so I can't sightread it. The first 10 pieces have been played too many times so it isn't sightreading, and anything above that is too difficult for me to sightread. But I will use Czerny as sightreading pieces, since there are loads of pieces. There is a channel by Rick Beato, who is a professional musician and a former college professor. And his videos about music theory are useless for anyone that doesn't already have advanced knowledge about music theory. You are a much better teacher for beginners.
Hey students!
Make sure you watch all of my lessons on reading music to truly master this topic: ua-cam.com/video/yltCkCy1DeM/v-deo.html

I’m trying to take a pic of the scales and you don’t hold it for even a SECOND. I’m out.
