Never talk to a cop without an attorney. I did once about a traffic incident and they turned the blame on me even though I had witnesses. NEVER talk to a cop unless it's to say hi
Well in Australia its an offence "hindering a police investigation" is a charge they will hit you for not speaking even not proving your details is an offence, they have powers to get you to talk even if you are just some innocent law abiding citizen walking down the street, everybody talks about America being one big police state but Australia takes the cake at least America gives you rights.
It’s strange that they release this video as though asking for a lawyer is admitting guilt. Personally I think they should put her on some antipsychotic medication then ask her questions. She might be “competent” by law but she’s bat 💩 crazy.
If she was innocent, she should've asked for an attorney before saying anything about herself. She spoke about all that she wanted to until, she didn't want ti answer questions about why they were there in the first place. Narcissistic behavior all day!!
(Retired) attorney here. Not true (about talking to cop if innocent). Innocent or guilty, you're in an immediate stress situation to be questioned. When the adrenaline hits anyone can blurt out a jumble of words. You shouldn't impart guilt to anyone refusing to talk until represented. And ALWAYS refuse to speak until represented by an attorney.
How can she get a fair trial when you air this..?? I mean you guys sit around speculating clucking like hens with no conclusion. This is about numbers, not news.
The only way it could be unfair is if she didn't get life or death for killing that girl. You really worry she wont have a fair shot at finding a technicality and getting away with murder?
@@billyhammond3132 One can NOT prove anything without a body, a motive and a weapon... It's ALL hearsay and speculation. A terrible witch hunt wanting/needing to find blame for something that just might not have ANYTHING to do with her. Maybe this Cummings girl stuck her nose into someone else's business and found out that wasn't the wisest thing to do and someone else made her disappear... Maybe Kessler didn't have anything to do with it at all and when she says maybe it's time to seek an attorney does NOT mean she is trying to hide ANYTHING. Remember one thing folks, the ACCUSED are SUPPOSED to be PRESUMED innocent until PROVEN guilty in a court of LAW and ORDER!!!

You are so right! There is zero they can do to help, only harm.

@@ashurthegreatest9316 you can tell them your name but anything else you have the right to remain silent…
I got some old friends from high school along with 3 family members that are cops they will all tell you the same.
She was jealous of her
Period that’s what I said
It tells that she IS mentally competent as she knows she is being charged with murder and asked for a lawyer.
What was the motive in killing her Co-Worker?
That's what I've been trying to search ON .like what was the REASON????
Bad hair day. Another hairy carry. Wig it.
The co worker found Kessler was using alias...she wasn’t who she said she was.
She made a pass at her and was turned down. Then she didn't want anyone to fine out.
Jealousy

My name is...Bond...Kimberly Bond, and i'm on the run....
She wants all the attention
I don't know about that.
She's guilty as he'll but asking for a lawyer isn't guilt...
Some people are just plan scary..
WHERE'S THE REST OF THE F. UKCING INTERROGATION VIDEO???
That detective made a promise he can't keep. He promised to find the little boys mom and has yet to do so. That's scary.
How can you charge someone if there's no victim-no body?
With difficulty but it's possible
It's done successfully quite often.
I wonder when the movie comes out ...
Where's DEXTER ?

I think this three minute news clip is the least of her problems.
