Wow! Amazing effort!! Especially since you literally had to fix actual game bugs in order to do it, and all the while fighting with heaps of glitches and weird physics problems.

Quick little tip for you that could probably save a couple seconds instead of pulling the little thing apart, you can hit them onto something for example hit them onto Apollo and they will still give you the item and break
if anyone from the future is watching this can someone please tell me what that mystery box thing is ive completed all the others boxes but i have no idea what that mystery one is
if you want to do a speed run with all capsules and achievements do achievements and then with all of the ammo go to the unlock machine and put all of your ammo and then crank all of them out and i think that gives you every capsule just thought of it 😅😅
I am really surprised that he didnt shoot the capsules to break them faster any chance he had if this is a speedrun??? Like. He should have taken the gun out of the red locker and then in container yard instead of having to walk all the way up to the boardgun capsule he could have shot it from a distance to make it faster..since it is a speedrun, snd i dont think thst eould be against any rules or anything since it is a regular mechanic in the game.

In 100% speed runs for boneworks and Bonelab, you cannot shoot guns as it will disrupt the total ammo count collected in each level.
