They changed from Pirelli to ceat during the previous lockdown due to import related issues with the manufacturer and also RE so they had to stick to a local manufacturer and thus stuck with ceat. However it's high time they went back to Pirelli. I think they're sticking to ceat due to it being logistically simpler, cost and easy availability.
