Completed this good tone a little trouble keeping thumb in place but with practice it will become so much easier thanks so much David going to try and complete more lessons
Sounds great! Picado and arpeggio are two of the most used techniques for Spanish guitar. Next I would start working on rasgueados, then tremolo, golpes, and alzapua. I have them all in this playlist: ua-cam.com/play/PLBn64fKg_mHQxqqDNYgJ1Wy8VHgNkITxl.html
Thanks… Pinky for Arpeggios no… I’ve never seen anyone use the pinky for arpeggios (not that I’m aware of) For rasgueados, yes, the pinky gets used occasionally.
Not sure what you meant by that. If you mean I talked too much, then my response… that’s what’s necessary to explain well. And since many don’t explain well and just tell you to play something, that’s how bad mistakes, bad habits and bad form are created. Its necessary to explain the small details that many overlook.

Awesome, glad to hear! 👌🏼 Same for me, when a teacher explained it to me like that years ago, the light 💡 when on and made it easy to understand.
