DNA Extraction with QIAGEN DNeasy Kit: Prepare and Label Tubes for Extracted DNA

o This clip demonstrates the transferring of spin columns to new 1.5 ml microcentrifuge tubes that will hold the final arthropod DNA product obtained from the QIAGEN DNeasy Blood & Tissue Kit. After preparing and labeling new tubes, carefully transfer the spin columns to these new tubes and dispose of the flow-through and flow-through container. If there is any residual ethanol present on the membrane, centrifuge the spin columns and collection tubes for an additional minute.
