I own one of these that's just a year old and to be honest it's of poor quality. Been back to dealers a number of times with faults. Kitchen tap always coming loose. All blinds don't close and when they do there a nightmare to open. Roof blind at front poor does not open properly. Door to caravan poor have to slam to close. Front locker would not lock the list is endless with faults and now the roof front window has cracked under a stress related problem. SMELL OF BURNING FROM BLOW HEATING. Bedroom blow heating is cold as it runs underneath the caravan outside. I could go on with faults but it's simple. DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL its very poor and swift just don't want to know or care about any faults you gave with the van. Old Bailey caravan that was 15 years old was a lot better caravan.
Hi Carl - well thats a shame, most are components which havent been fitted right I would say so should be rectified by your dealer. That smell of burning is down to newness usually. I am sorry to hear of your problems but they should be sorted - in covid i have heard of stories of other makes with internal doors dropping off and wrong fridge fitted. Its no excuse but makers are struggling to get staff that are experienced - keep me informed
I think the van was very good till I saw on off side to get to bed you have to push past toilet that put me off.
