Wow, I got mine in 2007 too. I'm still convinced that the 842 is the best Euph. I wish someone could break it down scientifically. Also, I use a Schilke 51D. Smaller than most players, but I love being able to have a bright baritone/trombone sound on demand.

Libertarian Capitalist you've got to play them yourself and decide. Both are amazing horns.
The tuning on the all silver is not so good up high ie over top B flat
Martin Mannion it's OK up there, but a little different and I'm not used to it. I do think my 842 is more solid.
