After 6 months of use, head bail closes by itself as cattle move through. Also cattle can spring the bail open if they hit it with a bit of force. Rep was supposed to come out , a year later they are still to arrive and we are looking to replace it with a CIA. The chin bar lasted a year. It was ineffective, would catch and in the end failed.
