I am still using the Walmart clay kits for the colors and there are 2 plastic tools that come with it and they suck! I use Sculpty for the bigger colors that I use- like black and white. What do you recommend for a person on a budget?
For the best bang for your buck, I will look on Amazon for silicone or ball pointed sculpting tool sets or go to Michaels with a coupon from their website as they have a large variety of tools. For clay it's basically the same answer, but I mostly stick to Michaels since I don't know which online clay sites are good.
