I like him too (as well as preferring when he has goggles over his eyes, with his green helmet - seen at 5:40, I, most of all, prefer this 1983 character, whose code name’s ‘Airborne’, to the 1990 Sky Patrol member of the same code name; that Airborne isn’t even the same as this one - they merely have the same code name).
This loadout is SICK! Worth it to get the backpack with the repel line to use with the Dragonfly. The helmet is a huge improvement. Definitely next level.
At this point, anyone who questions the pricing of Gridiron sets is an idiot or is tight fisted. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, playability and passion that goes into these sets is right there in front of you. Good stuff, brother. Keep 'em coming.
Excellent review and upgrade! You should do more as they are very informative! I ordered this a couple of weeks ago and cannot wait until it ships. I was informed from a poster on Facebook today that Gridiron is scaling back on the more intricate operator loadouts and the elite operator weapon cases? I do not know the legitimacy of that though as it was a post in the GI Joe Classified page in Facebook. This would very much the definition of an intricate operator loadout. Now it is time to buy more as I do not want to miss out! Again, excellent job!
This was a nice looking Kit and I am definitely planning on getting it. I do have a quick question. I haven't got anything from Grid Iron in a little while, but I want to know if they sturdiness of the guns have improved| I know Resin Printed weapons are what they are, but I've had a bunch of Grid Irons weapons warm in the figures hands and a few actually broke. Love his stuff and will continue to buy from him, just wondering if they are less prone to warping now. Figured if he's working with the Operation Monster Force guys maybe he's upped his game at all.
I was one of those dumb kids in the 80's that put my Joes through more lawn and garden OPS than any seasoned combat vet ever would. Now those figs are all cleaned up and in retirement (well deserved). Classified Joes have life on easy mode with all the latest gear.
Airborne was always one of my favorites and this load out is essential.

Nice review Tony good presence on the Mic ! It’s nice to see airborne with his correct rifle & that pocket knife is sick

The Gridirom stuff is great. The Recondo loadout really levels up the figure. Nice review on Airborne's loadout.

Bad ass. I ordered it as soon as I learned about it on Punks Thursday with a friend.
Yo nice kit but that knife 🔪 is a game changer 👍🏾👍🏾
Thanks! totally!
Good video! I'll definitely be picking this one up for sure. I just need to recover from my last order I placed $$$ 😂
Those accessories are bad ass bro! It should've came with the figure, but that would've been to much like right?🤔👍🏾
THIS is how you play with action figures. Not like those dumb kids in the 80s toy commercials 😂
Lovin' your videos, man. 🤘🏻
