- Shop lights for video? In this video, I show how I approximate my regular LED light setup using four cheap clamp lights with regular CFL bulbs. Effective lighting is as much about placement and diffusion as it is the quality of light. You can light your videos pretty darned well without spending much money if you put a little thought into placing and diffusing these cheap lights.
