SEC need to update laws on Crypto but all they are doing is dragging their feet on this subject.

It's kinda wild that RH is getting sued for holding crypto but not for the Gamestop debacle.
RH wasn’t the only brokerage that did that bruh.
Sure, let’s single out Robinhood for freezing trades on those gambling stocks as if Charles Schwab, Fidelity, and others were just bystanders cheering on the chaos. Apparently, only Robinhood possessed the mystical power to halt those 'priceless' stock treasures. How foolish of us to overlook the time-honored tradition among brokerages and index committees to suspend trading during extreme volatility.
@@DoubleBarrel6969 they also aren't the only brokerage allowing you to hold crypto.

I like hedgehogs more than porcupines.
I'm interested in adding Bitcoin to a Roth IRA but hesitant about the risks if the company being the custodian of the account ends up being shady and have another FTX type of situation. So having some regulations and protection in the crypto area could be beneficial.
That's to bad I like Robin Hood.

Why I stick with Acorns lol
Crypto isnt complicated just follow basic rules and you wont have problems. Crypto shouldnt be regulated it will get corrupted like the current US economy, dont bring your "you better save me" attitude to crypto
Never bet the farm. Even if the fishing industry gives fish subsidies like Uncle Sam back in the day, free and clear...America is " a fisher of men ",,,we have to be like a flock of flying Sheep Head fish in todays barrel of goats and stop monkeying around between the drug and grocer. This is what schools are made for in a 1963 MH & RC Mandated 2 tier system. An administrative Citizen Science.
Crooks
Crypto is fantastic. However I would never use Robinhood to buy, sell, or trade it. Regulators are corrupt. Just like anything else as long as you do your due diligence and research your purchase like an adult you'll be just fine. I bought Bitcoin at $1200 😎
