I have harvested Abalone all my life, because of the collapse and urge to eat Abalone I tried Abalone from the farm to your North, what a waste of money, they were terrible as well as awful, your method looks encouraging, I would love to try yours some day.

Really nice! I wonder if we have them on the east coast? Never seen anything like them. But I must admit, there's so much the sea as to offer us that is sustainable, we just have to wake-up!

As far as I know, they are raised along the coast in California and Mexico. Maybe ask someone where you buy your fish? I know Mr. Seavey ships, but I'm not too sure how far. And you're right, there are many choices from our oceans that we don't try - oftentimes because of unfamiliarity. Thanks again for watching, Elyse!

I don't eat abalone although I'm glad it's sustainable. Some interesting information. Thank you.

Abalone has been a luxury food for decades. But it is disappearing in the wild in many locations. This project isn't about feeding the poor but about generating food for expensive seafood restaurants. Some folks will pay just about anything for an abalone meal. Good but given the cost I'll settle for calamari steak.

I would not recommend eating anything that comes out of the Pacific ocean......Everything is dying off and radiated. Up the coast in B.C. they have lost all but 4 species.....over a 200+ mile section of coastline. The ocean isn't healthy anymore, nor is the food contained in it. I think we better focus on what we can produce sustainably on land. :)

The Yurok Tribe has tested the water and found no trace of radiation. Try again.

Bullshit. Name those four remaining species.
