- Quan Chi got buffed and the Pressure just does not stop. His Portal Set-Ups will drive the Opponent crazy especially in the Corner. His neutral Damage is not the highest but there are very good Reasons for that you'll see through the Video. What do you think, is he Top Tier or still behind some Characters? I would rank him A+ when paired with Sektor or Tremor and maybe Top10.
