Be careful watching Babymetal. You’ll start out thinking “oh that’s cute and unique”, then neighbors will hear you yelling B…M..C at 2am, you’ll know all the words to Yava and identify with its mental crisis, and when you think about things you don’t understand you’ll wonder if fox god knows. 🙃

I would definitely suggest Babymetal's 'PaPaYa' featuring F-Hero....or if you want just Babymetal doing a predominately Rap piece try 'BxMxC'.

Great reaction! Bodyslam is a Thai rockband that's been around since 2002. Also, I can't believe you haven't done Babymetal yet! These gals have been rocking the metal scene since 2010, and expertly fuses J-Pop and heavy metal with so much variety and influences in their music. At their core, they are 100% a live performance band, and need to be experienced live!
Babymetal suggestions:
*Road of Resistance (Official Live):* An epic power metal anthem, probably one of THE best live performance from any band I've seen. Herman Li and Sam Totman of Dragonforce co-wrote the guitars on this one.
*Pa Pa Ya!! (Official):* Babymetal featured F.Hero before in this fun and hard hitting summer festival song about a Thai fruit salad 🤣.
*Monochrome (Pia Arena MM, 2023):* If you want a melodic yet heavy hard rock song, Babymetal will not dissapoint. And an epic crowd moment as always from Babymetal.
*Headbanger (Legend 1997 Concert):* An early and quintessential Babymetal performance. From Dec 2013, celebrating lead Su-metal's 16th birthday.

Great reaction. This is F Hero's song, but he made it a real collaboration with a pretty much even split between all three artists and they all blended and complemented each other so well.
Bodyslam are (I understand) Thailand's biggest rock band. I have also read that most of their own work is a lot softer than this.

F Hero was the featured guest artist in 2019 on BABYMETAL's song 'PA PA YA'. He even flew to Japan to perform with BABYMETAL at the first two concerts of their 2019 tour and when they played in Bangkok last year he made another special guest appearance.

If you love heavy metal, then you HAVE to listen to more BABYMETAL! They created the metal subgenre called "kawaii (cute) metal" which blends heavy metal with J-pop elements back in 2010. They have performed with, toured with, or opened for Metallica, Korn, Sabaton, Bring Me The Horizon, Dragonforce, Guns N' Roses, Lady Gaga, Rob Halford of Judas Priest (there's a great youtube video of their performance with Rob at a metal award show), and Red Hot Chili Peppers (there is a youtube video of them performing Gimme Chocolate with RHCP, as well as with Korn, and DragonForce), to name a few of many. They have performed at large metal events/concerts in front of 65,000+ skeptical metalheads in Europe (Download, Sonisphere, Glastonbury, etc), US, and Asia. They are the first Japanese band to perform at Wembley arena in the UK. Also, 20+ awards have been given to them. They have 60+ songs and each one is different from the other, so I hope you give the other songs a try. By the way, they have some really great heavy songs too, and I hope you like guitar solos, as well as bass and drum solos, like I do, because they have them too. Also, they released a new amazing album last year and they just finished a world tour where they had many shows here in the US. They also recently released a new music video for their song called "Metali" that features Rage Against The Machine's Tom Morello. 🤘🦊🤘

As an enthusiastic fan of BABYMETAL's, it is difficult for me to follow their recent high velocity to develop surprising things by their own and with other excellent artists. It is, of course, happy surprise though 🤩

Well here is some information if you decide you want to explore the best LIVE band on the planet.
BabyMetal began in 2010 there were Suzuka Nakamoto age 12 Moa Kikuchi and Yui Mizuno. Both Moa and Yui were 11 years old. All three girls were friends and classmates who attended an idol group (Sakura Gakuin) founded in 2010 by Amuse Talent Agency for girls 10 to 15. Themed around school life (they attended regular school as well) the girls would learn and train at vocals, dancing, public speaking and etiquette, etc., graduate at age 15 and then move onto whatever entertainment path they chose or that suited their talents.
Key Kobayashi was a music producer for Amuse and heard Suzuka sing at age 9 and was impressed with her strong vocals and stage presence. Kobayashi was a fan of heavy metal but believed that the genre had become stale and tired (especially in Japan) with metal bands getting old Kobayashi believed the genre needed to be reborn (BabyMetal means the birth of a new metal genre). Kobayashi felt that Suzuka had the ability to front a metal band and that her vocals and presence could withstand the metal guitars and drums. The fusion of Jpop and Metal began. He placed Moa and Yui as backup singers/dancers and a phenomenon was about to result.
In the beginning Amuse showed little interest and the girls had minimal financing. They performed at strip malls and small venues borrowing clothes for shows from friends and family. No money for a real band they had friends dressed in homemade skeleton costumes pretending to play instruments to a backtrack.
They quickly became a sensation (these young ladies paid their dues).
Amuse saw the potential and in 2012 hired the best session musicians Japan had to offer (The Kami Band) who tours with them today (now includes world class musicians from the USA for tours outside of Asia).
If you choose to explore more of BabyMetal I suggest reacting to HQ pro shot videos of LIVE performances instead of official MV's (the reason is that the vast majority of MV's use studio audio over LIVE footage AND without the awesome Kami Band instrumentals)
They have over 60 LIVE songs/performances and each one is different. They are fearless exploring many genres and have the respect of the legends of Metal such as Metallica, Slipknot, Rob Zombie, Dragonforce, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Judas Priest and more.
Avoid Glastonbury LIVE performances as the sound production by the BBC (who was in charge of that festival did a terrible job - mics not turned on, incorrect volume levels, etc.)

Yui Mizuno left BabyMetal in 2018 due to health reasons and at their concert in Yokohama on April 1, 2023 it was announced that a permanent third member Momoko Okazaki (who is also a graduate of Sakura Gakuin and has been appearing with them LIVE since 2019 after Yui's departure) has officially become the third member.
Their new album in my opinion that released March 24, 2023 is amazing with so many different styles.

Bro awesome reaction!!! I have been on a J-Metal journey since last year where I started listening.to Baybmetal. But THE Japanese band that started it for me was Nemophila (neh-mo-fee-la). Nemophila formed up in 2019 and have since been blowing up with worldwide fans!

These women are opening so many doors to rock, metal and girl bands. Did you notice how many bands with female members began to show up since they started? And how many Japanese bands also appeared on the scene?
I can mention Japanese bands HANABIE, MAXIMUM THE HORMONE, BAND MAID, OTOBOKKE BEAVER and WAGAKKI BAND.
Not to mention bands with women, like MANESKIN, THE WARNING, PLUSH, BULLY and other bands from Europe and USA.
ALSO: F.HERO and BODY SLAM are from Thailand. ASIA IS ON POINT!

Well Bodyslam nvwr played this hard but what should they do when their own guitarist is a Babymetall fan. A cooperation in thai, japanes and english. Moa and Momo had to sing much more, on the other hand they dumbed down their choreo. F. Hero is the big Rapper which should be known since Papaya.
