Some things to keep in mind by the way with the F -> R change in the settings menu. - Instead of using the F key on your horse while using instant accel, you'll now have to use the R key - You'll have to rebind your interaction key to something else like G Can't stress enough how important this adjustment is, while these two things i just mentioned might feel annoying, it's well worth the adjustment it takes. It took me about a week to get used to changing everything personally, and since then I don't have any problems.

Whats the difference between succ and awakening? I think succ is cool and the lack of weapon swap is alluring but i started on awakening and it feels smoother. Which one has easier movement cancels? feels like awakening does. Ive been watching your videos as well as BunSal from KR. Really want advice, should I just keep playing Succ nin until the movement feels fluid? I also dont know what my dmg skills are. Big cheers and thanks for this guide and the Kanon guide, i learned a lot in both!
Nah Ninja legit has to be the most rewarding badass class for all the tosic big ego league assassin mains. Just sad I have to give up my hands to perfect it unlike drakania lmao.

I always did W+F for like 3 years, and then when I came up with this adjustment I thought about whether I should just use F as ghost step instead of W+F. But I realized there isn't any real benefit to relearning completely just for that, since at the end of the day we don't really use our W input that much outside of Ghost Step + Ninja Step. The only other keys that use W are: Ghost Greeting (which you don't spam a ton), E buff (3m cd), and W Boss slaughter (same as 1). Tldr; I still use W+F now, you might as well too.
thank you for the guide. one question: how do you use smoke screen instead of concealment while in alert stance? they are both space bar, so you can only smoke screen if concealment is on cooldown. Is there a good way to do this?
Personally I just keep track of my concealment cooldown, and if concealment is on cooldown I then know I can use smoke during alert and try to use it for aggressive catches or something like that. If concealment is available, then what you can do is alert stance -> Malice (Q) -> Smoke (spacebar) instead. Technically you can use shuriken throw as well (RMB) instead of malice, but I personally lock shuriken throw so I just use malice instead.
@@ArminBDO well, having the combos writen would help a lot, ofcourse i will watch the guides again. I started playing a week ago and i was playing with 1, 2 , 3 , 4 etc, instead of combinations. After i watched your guides i started playing that way. Maybe a basic guide for people who started playing this year? Anyway thanks for showing this things, i didnt know the game could be played this way
I had the same issue trying to follow the guide. Typically I find a movement guide (movement chain combo), followed by incorporating catches into the movement, and lastly damage combos the most "noob friendly". The small things like when to use what from what distance is nice as extra tips.
hotkey doesn't allow you to do interactions like foxclaw -> cut throat to animation cancel foxclaw. Something I use very often nowadays. Thats basically why i recommend you make the switch.

plz ur class has it so easy, imagine saying "one of the very few skills that recovers stamina while moving, we don't have that many like maybe 2-3" #bufftamer
if u want to do that, and use ghost step every time from a mouse button, that works fine. I'm just not used to it which is why I don't do it, but it's preference what button you want WW on. Just make sure its comfy and easy to use.

As a Kayn player, its worth it my brother, when you get a nice play or 1v2 it feels 10x better then in league just cause of effort.

Im totally noob at ninja, i feel that your tutorial is advanced for me. But im so amazed, i need to play and move like this. Do you have any tips?

What I did is I put Cut throat on hotkey and locking it on the skill tab, it will not activate when I press F yet can still be used on the hotkey.

what about putting ww on one of mouse buttons ?
if u want to do that, and use ghost step every time from a mouse button, that works fine.
I'm just not used to it which is why I don't do it, but it's preference what button you want WW on. Just make sure its comfy and easy to use.
