"I don' think there's a jellyjam" ironically, the horror is that there is indeed a King Jelly slime monster, with a crown and everything, and forces the campers to be his slaves. There's even a version of the book that actually has King Jellyjam on the cover, despite the fact his entire presence is supposed to be the twist.
Something about Willie makes me think he just had the most wholesome childhood. Or at least a saintly mother who cut the crusts off his sandwiches n stuff idk
the monster blood one with the hamster was my fave when i was little id try borrow it from our school library and the librarian would be like “this book is marked with a yellow sticker you’re too young to read it yet” and the day i finally was old enough to read goosebumps without having to hide behind the bookshelves and quickly read some of it before putting it back and getting a book “suitable for my age” was the best day if my life
I feel like every Drawfee artist has their own magical sanctum in another dimension. Do you mind drawing your personal skeleton key and the mystic doorways they open that lead to your magical happy place?
Fun fact tho, Julia was actually pretty close to the actual contents of the book, given the actual antagonist is a giant purple blob called King Jellyjam that sweats snails and has to be bathed with mops by a bunch of kids due to his limbs being too tiny to reach himself... No really, they even show him on a later edition of the cover: www.bogleech.com/halloween/goosebumps-jellyjam.jpg
I feel like the problem with that would be the books being too well-known. Although "Needful Things", "Children of the Corn" etc would've been funny without the context of the works
ten Busch Well Steven king, like goosebumps, had a million novels (54). I'm sure there are some outside if it, carrie, pet semetary and such that they haven't heard of.
Even if they already know the books, they can still reimagine it. Who knows what they could come up with for Christine, Shawshank Redemption, IT, or The Shining... And then there's all the books he's published after his prime... He still writes books ya know
My favorites are (based on my memory of a decade and a half ago): -The Cuckoo Clock of Doom -Don’t Go In the Basement (maybe “Stay out of the basement” though) And those are the only two titles I remember
Binging this channel and I find that Julia always knocks hers out of the park at the end while the rest have the best banter at the same time. Awesome stuff
I read all these and still remember the covers. One of them was not scary at all, and actually kind of changed my life when I read it. It was, “How I Learned to Fly.” The true horror of it was coming to terms with having great power and not being able to use it without it being exploited. It was so deep, and humbled me as a child.
I remember watching the episode from the series based on this book and dying of laughter when one of the kids said "When i grow up i wanna be a killing sponge just like you"
I got so excited when I saw Camp Jellyjam was the second book! Of all the Goosebumps books, that one always stuck in my memory, and Julia actually did a pretty decent job on the monster! Just needed to have it sweating snails. ;)
Jacob how the hell do you draw such straight lines like for the piano?? Twelve gay-parades covered in glitter and leather pants are straighter than the lines I draw in Krita, I must know your secret!
Julia: The most I've ever interacted with a goosebumps book is umm Me: My only interaction with a goosebumps book is at the book fair Julia: Have ever of you had those scholastic book fair Me: I HAVE I LOVE THE BOOK FAIR
Our book fair was in the hallway outside the library (overlooking the playground - lots of windows) - I always loved the erasers that smelled like fruit and the cool bookmarks. Most of my Goosebumps came from the monthly book orders, though, as did my collection of Animorphs. I read a lot as a kid.
"Loves Jerry's hands" Sorry did you mean Yoshikage Kira, main antagonist of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 4 Diamond is Unbreakable, stand user of Killer Queen?
Draw each others Halloween costumes this year. Like everyones, Willy's, Julia's, Jacobs, Nathans, Caldwells, Jakes.. that one woman whose name I cant remember that has the really attractive speaking voice.. Everyone
Julia always strats with a solid piece of art, very classic, very normal, full of little details......details that in a couple of secs will be covered by an untold horror, coming right from the abyss of the world, where only dark, death and pain can exist. She is a precious human being!
oh yeah those were wild, the ones we had used to have Shonen Jump so you *know* it was a bloodbath between the weeb kids. I always got lucky and nabbed the ones I didn't have or the last ones, I also used to take all of the cutest little animal erasers because child me was full of hubris and greed.
I devoured these as a kid. My favorite (so favorite that even now I still have my copy, like, thirty years later) was The Ghost Next Door. It was more spooky than horror, and it was really good. I know it's been forever, but y'all should do this one again. I'd love to see what Nathan and Karina would do!
I've got some pretty spooky Goosebumps titles for you, separated by real and made up ones: *Real* -Chicken Chicken -Legend of the Lost Legend -It Came From the Internet! -Bad Hare Day -I Live in Your Basement -Phantom of the Auditorium -Go Eat Worms! -Why I'm Afraid of Bees -Beware the Purple Peanut Butter -Shop Till You Drop...Dead *Fake* -The Day my Butt Went Psycho -Bewair the Old Air Conditioner -Press Cancel Grampa! -April Fears: He'll Whoop Your Cushion! -Silence of the Lunch -The Manic Milk Man -Evil Ellipsis... -Yabadabadoom -Sasquatch an Learn -The Curse of the #$@&%*!
I like to just listen to the banter while I draw my own stuff and I was doing some art exercises during Julia's part. I looked up for a second, realized the mistake I had made, and went back to looking at my paper hoping that the nightmare would go away. It did not thanks!
Silent to the Bone!!! One of my favorite books ever!!! A guy has this friend who is suspect for the murder of his little brother and only he knows the truth. But he hasn't spoken since the incident and so his friend visits him to try and get the truth out of him. Goes around to find clues and piece it together to free his friend from this inability to talk.
Part of me was a tad disappointed Julia didn't just draw a giant version of Jacob's Jamm terrorizing the place. Though, then again, it is a sports camp, so it seem likely that monster is Jamm, after he finally snapped.
I thought when the Jellyjam thing was first drawn my first thought was "Oh my god, Whimsy is the horror of camp jellyjam." I read most of these books and I do remember those scholastic book fairs.
"It was called Silent to the Bone or something, and it was about a girl who was mute or some shit, and she had to solve a murder or whatever." Best. Book report. Ever.
I like that Julia actually got pretty close to a monster in the book. Also, I freakin' love goosebumps covers dude. Say what you will about the actual stories (a lot aren't great), but those covers are beautifully rendered. Look up Tim Jacobus and give his art your respect and attention. :v
I hope you guys do "drawing dragons from dragon city that we've never seen" Here's my suggestions: Battery Dragon Mojito Dragon Psychic Dragon Bjorn Dragon Poo Dragon (yes, it exists)
Some titles, my personal favorite book is How To Kill A Monster, some good titles are the cuckoo clock of doom, the blob that ate everyone, it came from under the sink, why I’m afraid of bees, I think that’s enough, love you guys!
When I was a kid my mom was getting upset when I brought goosebumps at home because she knew I was going to have nightmare for days. But I kept reading them anyway
Being someone who spent a large portion of their lonely childhood reading Goosebumps, I know exactly what each and every one of the book covers looks like :/
There’s this one that I vividly remember the cover of but completely forgot the name of. It’s one of the few that I found genuinely creepy. I think it was about these siblings whose father does some fucked up experiments with plants and creates some body horror shit, and there’s, like, this plant clone of the father introduced later in the book and only really revealed to be a plant at the climax of the story when they fucking stab him. The cover was this exaggerated depiction of the plant-father that was basically a tree in a lab coat. Is there any chance that you remember it too and could help me find it again?
Draw More Creepypasta!!!! Ps. Draw terraria bosses you've never seen before, and if you haven't figured it ou Julia's Drawing will be the wall of flesh
In the tv episode the piano teacher is a robot, and the janitor helps the kid/teen, after the teacher freaks out about the kids/teens "beautiful hands".
Only got to the first book title and I already had a little freak out because I actually remembered reading that Goosebumps book. Such wonderful hands...
Ha, that'd be pretty funny. How's about to elaborate on that further, Horror Icons Getting Ready for Work (their work being murdering counselors, haunting nightmares, possessing people, etc)
I was so into goosebumps books, and have vivid memories of even the covers of the ones I didn't want to read, so I knew automatically what Piano Lessons Can be Murder looked like. But never. Have I ever seen The Horror at Camp Jellyjam.
I've got some weird goosebumps titles! It Came From Beneath The Sink, Beware of the Purple Peanut Butter, Chicken Chicken, How To Kill A Monster, and I Live In Your Basement!
I read about R.L. Stine's like "method," and he ABSOLUTELY starts with a title and works through the rest.
Surprised this comment didn't get more likes for that reason...
I've actually read "The Horror at Camp Jellyjam," and the cover Julia made is honestly not far off from the ending I remember...
And in fact, it matches the new cover a lot more
"I don' think there's a jellyjam"
ironically, the horror is that there is indeed a King Jelly slime monster, with a crown and everything, and forces the campers to be his slaves. There's even a version of the book that actually has King Jellyjam on the cover, despite the fact his entire presence is supposed to be the twist.
He forces others to do what he wants?
We should've smashed Jamm while we still had the chance...
Something about Willie makes me think he just had the most wholesome childhood. Or at least a saintly mother who cut the crusts off his sandwiches n stuff idk
You are correct!
Whenever I hear "I'm Julia." I know it's going to be a great episode
I just click like when she's introduced, because it can't *not* be amazing.
Joshua Sibilly also willie
it's always what i'm waiting for
I love them all but Julia is my favorite!
Agree. They're all hilarious, but I just love what happens when Julia's illustration background and weirdness make something amazing.
Can we please give more appreciation to Willie's Mom? Because she sounds like a really really good Mom.

- How I got my Shrunken Head
- Monster Blood III
- Revenge of the Lawn Gnomes
- One Day at Horrorland
- Scream School
- Legend of the Lost Legend
-the Knight in Screaming Armor
- Night of the Living Dummy
Damn, I read all of those.
It came from beneath the sink

Could always do 'Say Cheese and Die' or 'It Came From Beneath The Sink'.
Julia: The one where you put your pen and it makes little squiggles
Willy: Pencil Sharpener
Willy is truly a master at improv ans this is the proof
Just give Julia an entire episode to draw body horror

I read "Piano lessons can be murder"
The piano teacher cuts off the children's hand if they're good at playing the piano
Guess I get to keep my hands then
Dude Spoilers!! xD
Good thing I suck.
If I remember correctly, didn't the ghost hands like... strangle the teacher at the end or something? I remember it being weirdly dark.
I’m glad I can only play Welcome to the Black Parade terribly
Please do a part 2 this was spectacular
*ahem* SPOOKTACULAR
Sk3tch Squad how did I miss that opportunity..I am so ashamed
ya
Idk why but that kinda reminds me of Chandler Bing saying "A peice of gum would be perfection"
How about now
I feel like every Drawfee artist has their own magical sanctum in another dimension. Do you mind drawing your personal skeleton key and the mystic doorways they open that lead to your magical happy place?
That sounds kind of like something a therapist would do with you 😂
YAS pweeese
Julia's is where her inpretation of Nesemis lives and is full of body horor monsters she has created waiting on her.
There is no Goosebumps Mug in the beginning..... BLASPHEMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Agreed.
That's the scariest part of this episode...

Julia: what in god's name?!
The true horror at Camp Jelly Jam was the friends we made along the way
I love you for this comment random person on the internet

No really, they even show him on a later edition of the cover: www.bogleech.com/halloween/goosebumps-jellyjam.jpg

Thomas Johnson the hell
Thomas Johnson I REMEMBER THAT BOOK AND IT MADE ME WANNA SKIP SUMMERCAMP
How about the mayors of lesser known holiday towns? (Kind of like knock-off Jack Skellington)
Jack-off Knock Skellington
so like what do the other mayors of the holiday trees we seen look like ?
Thanksgiving towns mayor is a giant headless turkey.
The mayor of Halloween town is a two-faced cone head though. Jack's just the Pumpkin King
Then other kings of holidays! You're like the axe guy at Easter, 'cause you're just splitting hares!
For Part 2, you should draw the cover for "It Came From Beneath the Sink!" or "Why I'm Afraid of Bees"
LtTurtle13 I was SO hoping they were going to do It Came from Beneath the Sink
The fucking sink one. I wouldn't go under the sink for like three years.
The bee one was my favorite. For all the wrong reasons.
what about this short story title for Julia: I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream.
thank you for the recommendation
In the spirit of Halloween, can Drawfee draw low budget Halloween costumes?
Christa CP a middle-aged white collar worker
Christa CP They're so low budget that they can't even afford to spell costume correctly.
That sounds like a Nathan and Caldwell episode
And then sexy versions of costumes, but maybe with an awful twist. Unsexy versions of sexy costumes?
yes yes!!!!
spookiest thing about this episode is that caldwell was not here to draw a very spooked rude boy
The funniest titles to do would be "I Live In Your Basement" or "Calling All Creeps!'
_When you realize you're a huge Goosebumps nerd because you have more than half of these books on your shelf_
same
This would be cool with Steven king novels too.
I feel like the problem with that would be the books being too well-known.
Although "Needful Things", "Children of the Corn" etc would've been funny without the context of the works

Some title suggestions:
Why I'm Afraid of Bees
Go Eat Worms!
My Hairiest Adventure
It Came from the Internet!
Beware of the Purple Peanut Butter
Here's a title: "It Came from Beneath the Sink!"
I remember watching the episode from the series based on this book and dying of laughter when one of the kids said
"When i grow up i wanna be a killing sponge just like you"
the ending of that book low key really scared me when I was a kid and I don’t remember why I just remember the visceral terror
wasn't there actually a giant blob thing in the camp jelly jam one,, if i remember correctly
Yeah, the winners would be taken by the giant blob monster who hated his own smell, and had the winners wash him forever.
King jelly
Yea he suffocated from his own smell in the end
Ronin Kelly Jesus Christ. If only guys who didn't bathe would die like that.
No the spookiest episode is the Pokemon Episode where Julia Drew Spheal that scared me and i love it
Anime Sans No the spookiest episode is the Pokemon fusions one where Julia drew Exeggeon
Every single time I here “I’m Julia” and/or “I’m Willie” I know my day is gonna be made by this show

Sadly my book fairs were just full of either harry potter and diary of a wimpy kid, and the teachers tried to make it as fast as possible

Matt Garrett YES! I love that woman!

That tiny bit Julia is drawing at that moment (top of monster) looks like a wall to climb on for the little stick figure underneath.
We definitely need a part 2. Someone needs to draw "A Shocker on Shock Street".
Julia always strats with a solid piece of art, very classic, very normal, full of little details......details that in a couple of secs will be covered by an untold horror, coming right from the abyss of the world, where only dark, death and pain can exist.
She is a precious human being!
Do realize R L Stine had a legion of ghost writers.
this is the happiest Julia has ever sounded
No please don't remind me of the scholastic book fairs. You were there man, people died!
Lord Perigrin what
I did get my thumb crushed the day of one of those.
oh yeah those were wild, the ones we had used to have Shonen Jump so you *know* it was a bloodbath between the weeb kids.
Drawfee is always drawing Dads. Give Moms the spotlight for a change, or even better; Moms trying to be cool dads.
cool dads vs rad moms
yeah no more daddy and sad daddy
The construction of that piano is WILD
Some interesting titles you should draw next are: "My Best Friend is Invisible" "Why I'm Afraid of Bees" and "My Hairiest Adventure"
I've got some pretty spooky Goosebumps titles for you, separated by real and made up ones:

-Chicken Chicken
-Legend of the Lost Legend

Mocaw Norkim The fake ones all sound completely real. You coulda fooled me, and I was quite the avid Goosebumps reader.
Press Cancel Grampa! Sounds like a book I would read
I'm honestly shocked that Sasquatch and learn isn't a real goosebumps book yet
Wait... what's "Chicken Chicken" about?
It's called pulp fiction. RL Stine did what many at the time did: print on cheap, pulpy paper quick, easy to write and digest fiction stories.
I like to just listen to the banter while I draw my own stuff and I was doing some art exercises during Julia's part. I looked up for a second, realized the mistake I had made, and went back to looking at my paper hoping that the nightmare would go away. It did not thanks!

Love the tiny Julia and Jacob on the Jellyjam cover
Part of me was a tad disappointed Julia didn't just draw a giant version of Jacob's Jamm terrorizing the place.

Best. Book report. Ever.
Fun fact: In the original black and white Addam's Family TV show The Thing's canonical full name is Thing T. Thing
"Hooked on a Spheeling" and the cover is Spheel who has impaled a victim on a hook, smiling his creepy smile
11:44 referencing one of my FAV Julia creations :D (the wheels on the bus go, "please free me!")
Ohhhh baby, I can't wait for this one!
I hear Willie's voice and I know this'll be a good episode. Hear Jacob and Julia chime in and I know this'll be a great show
"We're getting a lot of Julia... here and it's really doin it for me."

Covers the whole thing up with a huge thing.

I LOVE that first drawing during the intro. So, so, so cool.

The Scolastic book fair was my favorite part of school. I still get my mom to give me the little pamphlets she gets from her school.

2) Goosebumps title: Return of the Killer Banana People
It's so much fun to rewatch the old episodes 👻

All that talk about teeth at the end there, and then years later, Julia gave us toothy Waluigi. That's called character growth!
Draw each other as Tim Burton characters (also Jacob should murder Willy in a duel to the death)
Is that Julia and Jacob looking up at the horror at Camp Jellyjam? 😂😂
How about for Halloween you do knock-off Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark creatures? You could try to out do them, but you would fail.
22:05 the soft "..really?.." of julia rlly says everything
there should be a new addition of drawing each others Halloween costumes!!
The Camp Jellyjam cover legitimately horrified me as a kid. My brother used it to keep me out of his room.
Still does, turns out.
