I’m a bit late, but I use a torch and I pen out noticeable veins and avoid. You’re likely to hit a capillary but if you hit a vein I don’t expect it to be life threatening

I dont doubt the power of the bromelain in the injection but using syringe in an open non sterilized bottle looks like an infection waiting to happen
