Today marks the 12th Koroneihana Day of Kiingi Tuheitia Pootatau Te Wherowhero VII. Today we’ll sit in prayer, we’ll discuss relevant kaupapa and we’ll hear the thoughts of the King in this the 160th year since the inception of the Kiingitanga.
The discussions, the payers, the songs, the unity of spirit and purpose will be celebrated today. The celebration of togetherness, of unity and of Mana Maaori Motuhake is the theme of the day.
