Forget about it. It's like a lucky draw and they don't respond only many times. Instead of spending so much and eating your head because of the service, better go near any welcing show and ask them to make it with flat iron. Best I you have a garage nearby so mechanic can explain to them exactly how to do it

Delay in shipping due to on demand manufacturing based on noof orders it took me 2 months in my case after 2nd lock down
