Question: I had my pair for about a week now from a bird expo dito sa California and I'm always observing them pero I still can't figure alin ang male? I'm waiting for the male to at least sing or dance NOTHING? both seems healthy and do chirp. Any advice on how to figure out? How early do male exhibit yung singing and dancing? or only when breeding time lang do they sing/dance?... Thanks again

Courtship behavior sometimes happen eveb before the males molt (2-3 month old), sometimes they do it whem they reach 4 -6 month old. Iba iba kasi e. Can you show me a photo of your pair? You cam send it on my fb messenger @mini fincher mini aviary.

may mga basal po na ganyan talaga dahil di pa marunong. obserbahan niyo po yung sunod nila na clutch, at wag niyo po masyado silipin muna, baka ma stress.

parasite po yan na nakakahawa, mabilis dumami lalong lalo na pag stress ang ibon gaya ng molting stage. May mga gamoy po gaya ng Ivermictin o kaya Scatt na ginagamit for prevention at treatment
