Since Korea in the past was United and the locals might've migrated from and to, to either places and vice versa. The reason why sometimes NK and SK Satooris might sound similar (just like how some words in Aussie and British pronunciation sound very similar) He simply spoke in his regional accent (Busan Satoori) so yea.
