My guess is the main 4 all went to fight that ghost got trapped in the ghost world and died to the ghost explaining the damaged pack you get & the trap that was just sitting on the ground covered in what appears to be ash
The truth is that they tried to use the proton packs explosion to free them but it did not work so here is why All of there packs exploding at once hmmmm if a proton pack explodes it explodes with the force of 12 atomic bombs now imagine all four of there packs exploding at once hmmmm that would be a explosion with the force of

1. Go to the Hotel Lobby map. 2. Go to the elevator in the back and press a button in the corner. If you did that, it should give you the "Are you the Keymaster?" badge. 3. Go to the Reading Room Map. 4. Climb up to the door above the spawn area, inbetween the statues. 5. Once you‘re up there, you can freely go fight Nightmare.
Anybody know where like these firehouse ghosts specifically spawn and when? I've been trying to find them in the regular firehouse and I have not seen anything.

Winston spawned on a couch and disappeared when I scanned him on a private server. I was confused until I saw 10:28 which makes sense
