    everyone seemed to overlook he never showed what u would need to do if you were replacing severely worn pads,removing the top of the master cylinder and pushing the pistons in so the new pad will fit. He took out pads with almost as much material on them as the new ones. I could be missing something but i didnt find it good at all.

    My bike's front wheel is not freely rotating, won't complete half rotation also when I rotate with hand. Is this normal with the disk breaks?

    • @MOTOMENTOR
      @MOTOMENTOR  6 років тому +1

      Hi bharadwaj, it's Not normal the front wheel should rotate very freely if it's not then it could the alignment of disc pads or could be the front wheel bearing but most of the time its the alignment issue. You can loose the disc pad adjust the caliper and fit it again.

    After how many kilometer the pad should be change??

    • @MOTOMENTOR
      @MOTOMENTOR  4 роки тому +1

      It totally depends upon your braking and riding style in worst scenarios 8 to 10k km and if you are properly using your breaks then it may even last 15k or lil more my first break pads were changed at 20k m not harsh rider and I use both the breaks for better breaking performance and it also boost the durablity.

    Kuch bhi kaise bhi kar dete ho yaar??
    First, your removed disc pad has still 65% life. Secondly, you didn't refitted the disc spring leaf, which fell during cleaning of piston with brush..

    • @MOTOMENTOR
      @MOTOMENTOR  4 роки тому +1

      Hi pepper salt good catch ... i brought the now disc pad however I refitted the old one coz yes it was in good condition I used the new pair recently. and the clip which was fell i did put it back but not added the clip of the video... the entire purpose of the video was just to show the method so that any one can do it at home I am doing the same since 8 years for my self and my friends also follow the same. Thanks for watching you sharp eyes 🧐👌😁👍
