It is all good. Not always easy to keep track of everything. If you have combed through all of Nemophila albums this most likely is not a sign of them moving in a new direction. Their first album had two ballads Life and Game Over. Their second album had the ballad Now I here. Their third album had Odyssey another ballad. This ballad is different sound from the rest. Their other ones were more power ballads. in a way this one is more laid back. I almost hesitant to call it a ballad haha. But yes they released this on a cd last week which had a blu ray for their show with the four of them at a place called Wild Side of Tokyo. It was the same place it all started with the band with the 5 of them. Now with just 4 they went back to the beginnings to start fresh again. I watched it. Hell of a show and they were heavy and had the whole place rocking. Also on the cd was the other two songs they released over the past few months. The first song they released without Saki was G.O.D the other was Progress. Progress had no video but both those songs were more heavy like we usually see from them. They are already working on the next song it looks like and I expect this is a new album they are working on for release early next year. They always up to this point have released an album pretty much every year since their first. I expect we will hear more heavy as usual but the ladies are so talented they always throw in a ballad or slower song here and there. One of the many great things about this band is when you press play your never know what you will get.
This is their 3rd song on their new Concert dvd/EP. 2 heavy songs and a ballad. Similar to their first ever release as a band with Oiran, Monsters and Life. This song makes us all remember our own Beautiful days. Love it.
Nemophila changes direction as often as the wind. We just have to trust them and accept that they will always keep us guessing. I'm fine with that. The result is always great.
I think this is a wonderful reminder that many of these hard working ladies we admire for there musical abilities are loving mothers as well. They have to be seriously focused to maintain a healthy balance in their lives. I believe this song is not only for themselves, but for their mother friends in others bands, and all walks of life. Raise a toast to loving moms!
I honestly don't think this signals a change of direction ( any more than " Odyssey " did ) . I just feel that they try and bring balance when they release a group of songs in a fairly short space of time as they did with " Life " in their first EP . I'll be surprised if the next release isn't a banger - I think this song reflects where some of them are at in their lives right now and reflects the fact that there are more facets other than just the band and music 🤷♂
This was not Nemophila's first release since Saki departed, as some of you have so graciously reminded me. Thank you and I apologize for the error.

G.O.D. came out prior to this. First original as a four piece and a face melter.
One of their very best...and that's saying a LOT.
G.O.D. was the first release as a 4-piece. This is the second. 🤘🎸🌸
Beautiful song.. but they released a couple songs..check out "progress" by Nemophila
