Hi dear friend, The grommer itself seems about the same, so I would check the battery/additional accessories and try to figure out if theres any difference. if not then just get the one that offers the better deal. Let me know which you chose and how its like :) Best regards, OVR Guy
Hi dear friend, Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to try the Braun BT9420 yet. I can only offer my opinion on the Philips Norelco Multi Groomer MG9520, which so far works well.
