If you compare the Hulk today to the Hulk in 1986, when he was a much more interesting character, his is the most drastic change for one character in the history of Marvel or DC comics. This is a cowardly and juvenile move on Marvel's part, made as if to ensure that no Hulk fan ever loses a debate.
During the Silver-Age, Superman was Grossly overpowered. As a result, he became boring. Now, Hulk is the same way. After DC created Doomsday, basically as a plot-device to kill off Superman, Marvel turned Hulk into Doomsday. Hulk had NONE of those fancy powers before 1992, Doomsday's debut.

Hulk was once one of my favorite Marvel characters. Today, I don't care for the character at all. I'm not a fan of any Grossly overpowered character.
