I had this realization last night, it clicked in me that I am also living everyone's else's life at the same time as mine, but it made me feel alone. It made me fear that I've always been alone since we are all a part of ONE, but I just need to get more familiar with it
A switch in perspective may help. A shift in the spectrum of duality, may aid with clarity of your (our) complete togetherness (oneness) vs "alone" or separation. Suffering is unavoidable. The mystery of creation is something that a human could never begin to understand without a great teacher. I had this realization last night, it clicked in me that I am also living everyone's else's life at the same time as mine, but it made me feel alone. It made me fear that I've always been alone since we are all a part of ONE, but I just need to get more familiar with it

A switch in perspective may help. A shift in the spectrum of duality, may aid with clarity of your (our) complete togetherness (oneness) vs "alone" or separation.
