Noice, easy and quick! Although, trees have feeder roots that seek water around tree drip-edge. Suggest moving bucket around to low spots. (2-3 foot perimeter) widen as tree matures!
This is awesome. I had another idea, what if you hooked the end piece to a circular drip that went around the tree? Make some sort of quick connect system. You could leave the drip line around the tree.
That idea of drilling 2 or 3 1/8 holes >2-3 gpm in the bottom of 5 gallon bucket is appropriate flow rate for absorption for trees and has been around for years. Too much flow is not good. 😊
