1:58 can confirm. I switched about a week ago to the carnivore diet, which seems to be the most healthful diet for non-ascended humans. At no point during this week did I have pain or difficulty purging the organs associated with the root chakra. However, all of today I have had both difficulty and discomfort. I found that deep breathing into my solar plexus chakra helped enormously. I suggest to fellow students to add deep solar plexus (diaphragm) breathing to their routines, as it may help them with all chakras, not just the root.
